Sanitary

In the sanitary industry, plastic components are becoming increasingly important as they can be a replacement for metal components. Galvanizing or painting is also possible in the visible area.

Drinking water approval

With a suitable choice of materials, components in contact with drinking water can meet the regulations and requirements of various markets. We process plastics with ACS, BS6920, EN16421, KTW, NSF61 and WRAS approvals.

Highest strength requirements

Our current portfolio of high-performance plastics in the area of metal replacements includes some that are highly filled Types (up to 60% glass fiber content) such as PPA (trade name: Grivory), PPS, PSU, PPO and PEEK. Of course, we also process conventional polyamides such as PA6, PA 6.6, PA12 (trade name: Grilamid).

Cost efficiency

Replacing metal components with plastic components is usually cost-efficient and at the same time resource-saving, as plastic components usually allow for a significantly lower operating weight with comparable application options.

Lacquered cartridges

Ready-assembled and painted components can consist of a variety of plastic parts or purchased individual parts. Delivery to the customer can take place just-in-time.

Large-volume functional parts

The large-volume component has very long, hydraulically operated immersed core pulls with very tight tolerances on the inside diameters. In the second step, the part is welded using ultrasound.

Waterproof

Welded with ultrasound and tested for airtightness with a defined leak rate. The quality of the weld seam can be checked using a burst pressure test.

Free from legionella

Housing for a legionella filter. Tool with brass insert and thread unspindle for the internal thread and external thread of the counterpart.

complexity

Complex components require complex mechanics in the injection molding tool. We realize any complex projects together with our customers.
