Plastic parts usually burn unless they are flame-retar­dant. We process diffe­rent types with flame-retar­dant additives.

Compon­ents inside the aircraft go through a number of steps before quali­fi­ca­tion. We are familiar with the proce­dure and have mastered the process.

Variety of colors

We produce small series in the desired colors of various airlines. Measu­ring the color devia­tions from the target color is very crucial.

Etching structure

Arm pads for aircraft seats, parti­ally assem­bled as a finished assembly with an etched struc­ture in tool steel creates a leather-like surface feel.
